Hi! My name is Alina and I’m the founder of Project Pivot.
I’ve been in the business of transformation my whole life—as an immigrant, a student of psychology, and a leader in high-pressure startups. Growing up between worlds taught me to feel into what others need and to code-switch naturally—skills that became essential in reading rooms, cultures, and the unspoken dynamics that shape how people navigate change. For nearly 15 years, I advised and built within healthcare systems, always coming back to one truth: people are the engine behind everything.
Project Pivot was born when I stopped circling the work I loved—coaching, guiding, witnessing change—and chose to do it fully.
Today, Project Pivot brings together that operator’s eye, evidence-based frameworks from the social sciences, and a coach’s steady presence—to help you lead change that actually works.
