Hi—I’m Alina, and I’m the founder of Project Pivot.
I’ve been in the business of transformation my whole life—as an immigrant, a student of psychology, and a leader inside high-pressure startups. Growing up between worlds taught me to feel into what others need and to code-switch naturally—skills that became essential in reading rooms, cultures, and the unspoken dynamics that shape how people navigate change.
For nearly 15 years, I advised and built within healthcare systems, always returning to one truth: people are the engine behind everything.
Project Pivot was born when I stopped circling the work I loved—coaching, guiding, witnessing change—and chose to do it fully.
Education & Training
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology McGill University, Montreal, QC (Canada)
Master of Public Health in Health Systems and Policy Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD (USA)
Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology New York Open Center, New York, NY (USA)
Clinical Psychology (Fall 2025 Start) Université Côte d'Azur, Nice (France)
While I currently lead all client work myself, Project Pivot is designed to grow into something larger than me. It draws on an evolving ecosystem of research, frameworks, and collaborators—and it’s guided by a belief that change is never just strategic, but also emotional, relational, and deeply human.
In saying “we”, I refer to:
the philosophy and tools that guide this work,
the extended network I draw on when needed,
and the we of our shared journey—because real change is always co-created.
Whether you’re a founder, a leader, or someone in the midst of a meaningful shift, I bring a coach’s steady presence, an operator’s eye, and frameworks rooted in the social sciences to help you lead change that lasts.
